Refund and Exchange Policy

We at Queen City Shakespeare Company aim to provide an enjoyable experience for all our patrons. To ensure clarity, please review the following ticket refund and exchange policy as of 08/06/2025:

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are allowed up to 24 hours before the show date.

  • No exchanges will be made on or after the performance date.

  • Exchanges must be for the same show and are subject to availability.

  • Additional fees may apply when processing exchanges.

Refunds

  • Refunds are not offered for ticket purchases. All sales are final.

How to Request an Exchange

  • To request an exchange, please contact our box office via email at info@qcshakespeare.org with your ticket details at least 24 hours before the scheduled performance.

  • Exchanges cannot be guaranteed and depend on seat availability for the desired date.
